Ninja Theory’s debut Virtual Reality title DEXED is a fine-looking on-rails shooter game that pulls its inspiration from the Sega Saturn classic named ‘Panzer Dragoon’ and a dash of trendy shooter ‘Ikaruga’. It is very interesting to see the older and classic game concepts along with the mechanics that is being brought up to the date inside an entirely a new immersive medium such as Virtual Reality. For Ninja Theory’s developers they were clearly in touch with the past’s retro gaming and Sega Saturn classic Panzer Dragoon‘s core system which says ‘look to target’ and from where they got their latest title DEXED.

Ninja Theory developers held an internal game jam in order to promote the creative thinking and also to find the next killer concept for the new game. Team of developers at the studio was given one month each to build through the way they have dreamed about the making of the game to make it cooler.

The title which is out today for HTC VIVE, has you flying via many fantastical dream for example landscapes which is holding two controller and each one is instilled with its own opposing type of projectiles i.e. one ice and one on fire. Today the cost of the title for the HTC Vive through Steam is £6.99/$9.99/€9.99.
