Sony’s Project Morpheus is the company’s first VR component in queue to be released soon. The product even before its launch has been rounds in the market with the hopes of being a successful addition to Sony’s PlayStation family. The release date of the product has been inadvertently delayed till fall as announced by GameStop CEO Paul Raines. Also, the product has been rumored to launch at a price quoted $299 (£246 including VAT) for PlayStation VR headset. Coming from a source like Reddit the story can be pretty vague however, interestingly the post also includes news about selling the headset along with a starter kit which is said to include PS4 camera, two handheld controllers and a game.

Sony’s first Virtual Reality Project may not hold the highest specifications in the lot so far but it is equipped with some sophisticated and top-notch features such as a high and brilliant resolution of 1,920×1,080 with a 120kHz refresh rate.
