Virtual Reality is known for its immersive and 360 degree videos and games. It is the hottest brimming river of technology that has been flowing through the year 2016. It has only touched the technology, i.e. entertainment and electronics. But, Virtual Reality will now be touching nature in order to help them in regaining its power Environmental advocates are now using Virtual Reality to transport the people to the beautiful nature where they can admire God’s natural creation and in return they would help themselves and surroundings in maintaining the greenery all around. This will help the environmentalists who are working hard to protect the trees and nature. This will allow them to face the global challenge and will help them to overcome it in the coming time.

Stanford University’s Virtual Human Interaction Lab (VHIL) is helping the environmentalist with this initiative as the Stanford University works on the concept of empathy. Stanford professor Jeremy Bailenson is working on the empathy effect of Virtual Reality. The lab teaches the concept of empathy. VHIL will share an Ocean acidification documentary video with millions of children all around the world as a part of their program which will be released (in) beta form and will target more and more people in the coming months. David Attenborough is a famed nature movie maker who is also associated with the Stanford Virtual Reality LAB (VHIL) which is helping the environmental advocates in restoring the true nature of the earth.

The popularity of Virtual Reality has actually lowered the cost of producing content. This will increase in the number of immersive videos that will stir up the enthusiasm among the global environmentalists and will lead to the protection of nature worldwide. At least we can see that virtual Reality is being used in other branches than just being in the entertainment and electronics.  It means that Virtual Reality is actually progressing towards perfection.
